Our client is the leading provider of maritime communication solutions worldwide is currently recruiting for a Service Coordinator to be based in Dubai. You will be directly reporting to the Manager, Service EMEA The Service Coordinator is responsible for coordinating service and installation projects with great efficiency and quality. The Service Department is responsible for installation, service and annual maintenance of VSAT, Fleet Broadband and TV equipment in the region. The organization is expected after office hours. Key responsibilities • Coordinate all service and installations projects in EMEA for Service Engineers located in Dubai • Deliver the Annual Service and Installation target for UAE • Follow up on the Annual service commitments we have in the contracts • Arrange travel, transportation and accommodation for Service Engineers • Verify timesheets, reports and travel expenses • Create and maintain projects on Sharepoint • Responsible to create and maintain service orders in SAP • Maintain the engineers schedule and coordinate the resources efficient • Participate in rotation scheme/after office hours & weekend duty • Logistics responsibility • Administrative tasks
