An Associate Project Leader is the General Manager of the ProjectAs
an Associate Project Leader, you are the ultimate responsible for the
process and delivery of the project. Starting from envisioning how large
the scope will be and how it should be lead through rigorous planning
and follow through, leading all the conceptual and creative thinking all
the way to leading your client externally through our 5MOT model,
managing client expectations, morale, and political diplomacy;
understanding, challenging, cascading and reflecting on feedback; and
obviously championing the agency’s rights at the client’s end. You
are also the General Manager of the project internally, setting up and
leading an internal team of your choice and owning all of the project’s
internal processes. This leads to a BIA (Best In Absolute) quality
delivery of the full experience the client receives from any of your
team members working for you on this project.As an Associate
Project Leader you are reporting to the Project Leadership Manager, and
being coached by a more senior Project Leader, however you are empowered
to make a vast range of decisions as to how to lead this project from a
creative standpoint as well as from a business angle too. You would be
the single point of contact to the clients which are mainly
multinationals around the world, would lead meetings and submission in
and out of the country and would lead the ultimate execution of the
project at the country of delivery.
