Job Description:

To carry out all necessary activities to insure document control and administration requirements supporting local area business development.



Responsibilities:

•Demonstrates ability to input, retrieve, update, maintain, and distribute required records, files, documents, and other materials effectively using SSH data management systems.

•Provides support and training of new employees in latest SSH data management systems, processes, and procedures

•Updates, tracks, and purses schedules, meetings (Bid / non bid related), registrations, and new tender opportunities for the department.

•Demonstrates ability to manage correspondents (Letters, Messages, Minutes, etc) within department.

•Demonstrates ability to collaborate and communicate information with personnel across divisions, regions, and territories when relevant.

•Self-monitors work by verifying and validating information and documents before dispatch.

•Demonstrates effective professional relations to clients, staff, and other 3rd parties at all times, liaising to desired level of any given situation.

•Demonstrates ability to use phones, emails, and other communication systems competently, and relates key pieces of information to the required personnel (Mail, Calls, email)

•Position based in Kuwait office with some travel to offices across the MENA region.

•Reports to Business Development Director for business as usual requirements.

•Coordinating with Divisional and Regional Heads on cross company requirements.

•Reports and coordinates with Kuwait office & overseas.

•Business Development in other regions (Coordinate in processes)

•Finance Department (Coordinating in regards to budgeting issues)

•Marketing Department (Coordinating, and liaising with company Marketing initiatives)

•Bidding & Proposals (Coordinating on the preparation process of bids)
