To help introduce and embed world-class Talent Acquisition (TA) practices into Alghanim Industries (AI). In addition, serve as a full member of the cross-specialized Corporate Talent Management Team.
Key Accountabilities:
• Monitoring and sharing global best practices in TA
• Developing TA strategies
• Owning and driving TA analytics and reporting
• Management & Admin of AI’s Recruitment Systems ( Bayt / Linked In)
• Recruitment Agency Management
• Development of the competence of AI Recruiters
• Owning “one off” TA projects
• Close liaison with the Senior Manager of Kuwaitization
• Participation in the Campus Recruiting and AI Onboarding Service
