Our client, a leading transportation and logistics company is currently recruiting a Claims Administrator. This position is reporting to the Senior Corporate Insurance & Claims Manager. The candidate’s primary responsibility is handling customer claims and assisting the department in various other administrative jobs Duties & Responsibilities • Coordination between customer and insurers regarding claim • Notification of loss with relevant supporting documents to company’s insurers • Scrutinizing the documents received for claims and preparing a proper claim presentation to the insurance company with all the required information and documents to be submitted • Coordination with the concerned team internally/ customers on collecting information and investigating the submitted claim as requested by the insurer • Coordination with insurers on arranging for surveys • Attending joint surveys and preparing minutes of the survey to circulate the same with the concerned team. • Educating and attending to queries from various teams internally on claims and settlement • Maintaining claims register and updating the current status on a daily basis • Preparing claim reports • Maintaining files and records Key Deliverables • Quick turnaround time for claim settlement • Promptness of response and feedback to customers • Customer satisfaction in the manner in which their claims were handled
