Role
The Human Resources Assistant is responsible for creating and managing all HR processes and procedures, ensuring these are aligned with business strategy and add value to the company.
Accountabilities
Responsibilities will include
• Preparing recruitment, on-boarding and end of service paperwork
• Processing Saudi and Bahraini visas
• Drafting and issuing all sorts of required letters
• Assisting in processing the monthly payroll
• Junior level recruitment assistance; CV searching and calling candidates for interview, drafting job descriptions for approval
• Searching through KSA, Bahrain and UAE Labour Law for the employee handbook.
• Managing CPR, PP and Visa expiry Dates, and sending email reminders of expiry dates
• Processing SIO/ GOSI addition and termination
• Create and update medical insurance list
• Create and update the Organization Chart
• Prepare starter documents and ensuring all files have necessary documents; both hard and soft copies
• Manage and report on all absences
• Manage starter and leaver processes
• Ensure HR files are up to date and contain all necessary documents as per Ministry of Labour stipulations
• Keep the information in HR system up do date.
• Ensure each employee has an up to date contract of employment and issue letters stating any changes in their terms and condition
• Updating leave tracker for ( annual, Emergency and Sick leaves)
• Any other ad hoc projects designated by your line manager or head of department
