We are seeking to hire a Store Administration Executive to support the store office management with administration, in addition to place necessary orders for store stock and will be in charge of the new employee administration. Will be archiving documents in a safe and confidential place. Will make travel and hotel accommodation arrangements for appointed staff. Will be first point of contact during auditing to easy provide the required documents or reports. Will be responsible for payroll monthly management and internship program implementations. Will be taking care of the integration and induction of the new employees, their welfare, organising social events and annual parties.
About You
The ideal candidate for this role, will be a university graduate with a relevant discipline. At least 3 years in a similar role. Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to plan, organize and implement is required.
