Job Responsibilities:
Lead and motivate relationship team(s) to achieve overall KPIs of the unit & Bank.
Train the relationship team(s) members so that they may acquire the required skills and become corporate banking professionals.
Visit large corporate customers to maintain relationships for business development and to assess customers' business performance status and future growth prospects & plans.
Experience to achieve desired results through highly motivated Team, maintain senior level relationship / interface with Large Corporate Conglomerates
Qualifications:
Over 10 years of Corporate Banking experience
5 years of GCC experience is essential
