• Maintaining and developing relationships with existing members face to face and via telephone calls and emails.
• Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential members to prospect for new business.
• Selling EITESAL Membership/Sponsorship/Newsletter Ads over the phone.
• Responding to incoming email and phone enquiries
• Implement plan for approaching new members through pre-defined and approved channels
• Follow up new members registration process internally to make sure that all documentation and regulations are met
• Identify potential current members’ problems and suggesting solutions to team leader
