A multinational company is looking for an Associate customer services representative to be based in Bahrain.
The ideal candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in the Customer service field, preferably within an Engineering firm.
 Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Assist Customer Service Representatives as back-up support with sales and marketing activities; contact with representatives/distributors and customers as needed.
2. Assist with collecting, analyzing and reporting customer feedback on products and services.
3. Assist in preparing bids and quotations, entering and tracking orders, and monitoring past due accounts.
4. Measure and ensure customer satisfaction. 5. Assist in planning and organizing customer visits, conferences, seminars, training and other marketing and sales activities.
6. Follow and improve customer service area processes.
7. Continuously identify, measure, and improve processes.
