Our client, a multinational luxury company, is looking for result-driven Account Manager . You will be directly reporting to the Head of Sales,KSA

JOB PURPOSE

To conduct market research, bring in viable business offerings, build up new businesses, segments and customers through the portfolio within the company specifically in the fashion & wedding segment

MAIN DUTIES

• Develop and coordinate sales selling cycle for key accounts and monitor sell out for second tier key accounts.

• Propose channels and distribution network for new product lines

• Prepare key accounts/Account Development Plans (ADP) for key customers

• Develop and maintain sales dash board by city of operations

• Maintain competitor dash board for key product categories

• Directly manage major and critical developing client accounts, and coordinate the management of all other accounts.

• Competition reports by activity at product level, sales level & promotion level with proposal to combat the same in the territory with alternatives.

• Be able to balance the product portfolio by understanding the products, usage & application apart from working on generating sales through customized solutions.

• Maintenance of accounts and pipeline build up in the CRM system

• Responsible for payments and receivables for the responsible accounts.

• Map and develop market research for female mashghals, wedding organisers, female fashion designers, Spas & saloons

Key accountabilities

KEY RESULTS AREAS (KRA)

• Achieve new business segment target

• Seek at least 30 new customers for 2015 from Mashghals, Wedding segments, events companies & universities (female untapped business)

• Implementation of Key Account Plan and related budgets

• Market Research & Feasibility assessment studies which are approved for implementation

• Maintenance and management of accounts and pipeline build up in the CRM system

MAJOR CHALLENGES

Describe the major challenges faced in carrying out this job; also outline what is done to overcome them.

• Manage potential customers expectations

• Map and capture major female designers, wedding organizers, mashghals

• Be able to increase NBD/Corporate segment in Female related segments

• Be able to travel twice a month to different cities

• Field work 70% of time - Driver to be available all time
