Reed Specialist Recruitment’s partner is looking for a Senior Business Relationship Manager in Doha, Qatar. It is an exciting job opportunity for applicants from the GCC region at one of the most widely known IT firms and a chance to be part of a growing organization.



The Senior Business Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing the QF client relationship, and developing relationships with new entities within QF. The Senior BRM is responsible for consulting QF executives to help them bring their ideas forward to IT initiatives. The employee will also be responsible for ensuring client satisfaction by addressing issues that are within control of the candidate, and for escalating issues that require additional support.



Key Responsibilities:



• Create new initiatives with QF client groups, providing consulting services to help identify and develop opportunities.

• Develop new relationships and maintain existing relationships with senior and functional middle management roles, and end users that provide input to requirements of said initiatives.

• Collaborate to create effective relationship management strategies.

• Collaborate strongly with the internal company groups (Chief Technology Officer. Chief Alliances Officer, PMO Directors)

• Create, coordinate and deliver customized presentations and effective presentation materials.

• Facilitate the structure and negotiation of business initiatives.

• Accountable for securing the signature of new sales orders

• Manage activities that result in closure of sales orders.

• Coordinate implementation and change management, working closely with Program office.

• The Senior BRM will pursue sound business initiatives which will permit sustained client satisfaction and promote long-term relationships. This individual will leverage industry expertise and the competencies of an extended team to meet client needs. The Senior BRM reports directly to the Sales Director, Sales & Marketing.

• Develop new relationships and maintain existing relationships with senior and functional middle management roles, and end users that influence initiatives.

• Create new initiatives through QF contacts, assisting with lead generation, cold calling and other opportunity identification processes.
