1. Excellent knowledge of Telecom Administration and Billing Systemfrom the operations point of view and analyze the issues and service delivery using Oracle BRM.
2. Responsible for providing operational support services and problem resolution on BRM.
3. Responsible for the customer complaints mitigation and Remedy Trouble Ticketing support, delivery and reporting for BRM system.
4. Support for troubleshooting/patching/installation/integration of BRM with other IT stack.
5. Execution of charging, billing, dunning, HTM, dunning and other related processes.
