- Client support
- Overall operation of the network
- Close work with local engineers Monitoring the status of the VoIP system
- Responding to events according to the warranty and service agreement
- Repairing faults which occur according to AVtech instructions
- Managing Rollout and deployment of Endpoints
- Representing AVtech’s interests on site
