1) Approach clients; fulfill their job requirement as per company policy and standards in a timely manner.
2) Handle clients’ requirements including the whole cycle of recruitment process.
3) Assisting in the negotiation of the financial package between clients & candidates to reach to a package i.e. acceptable to both parties.
4) Draw and approve job advertisement according to company standards and after necessary approval.
5) Evaluate CVs collected from subordinate(s) prior to Recruitment Supervisor approval and client’s review.
6) Administer all kinds of approved tests (language, personality, IQ, professional and specialized tests) if needed.
7) Conduct final interviews; evaluating candidates according to clients’ needs.
8) Plan & Execute interview schedules according to clients’ needs.
9) Act as a team leader when workshops of recruitment activities.
10) Monitor the day-to-day activities of subordinate(s) to improve productivity.
11) Assess performance and productivity of subordinates periodically.
12) Report progress and targets achievement as and when required.
13) Confer with supervisor to improve recruiting procedures and standards.
