Implement all personnel administration of employees
Enhancing the communication between the management and the employees and ensure that all employees are informed of all info related to their job and rights.
Conduct station reports (turnover, surveys), analyze reports
Maintain knowledge of the legal requirements and government regulations affecting Human Resources functions to ensure compliance with labor laws.
Create and update local policies and local employee handbook
Implement the attendance system reports and the communication with the employees.
Implement the Probation Period evaluation system.
Implement recruitment policies to ensure professional and qualified candidates are recruited for junior level.
