Boutique Managers are responsible for achieving sales and service level targets set for the boutique, making sure that every customer is served in a timely manner, and managing customer inquiries and complaints.
• Responsible with the day-to-day management of the showroom
• Taking responsibility for shop security, and for the internal appearance and ambience of the shop
• Maintain a high standard of display, both in window and inside the shop.
• Ensure staff are taught correct sales procedures and have a good knowledge of the products they sell
• Draw up staff schedules, leaves, attendance timing, overtime….etc and sent it to HRD
• Responsible of the stock/Inventory, transfers of items to and from different POS.
• Monitor stock levels and reports to the brand manager whenever needed
• Keep and analyze records of sales figures and financial transactions, including cash, cheque and credit card transactions
