Establish new and maintain current business relations with all customers.
Handle customer accounts, including technical, financial and development.
Oversee customer requirements and parts selection.
Issue quotations and initiate order processing.
Monitor goods receipt against PO’s.
Create customer delivery notes and invoicing for spare parts.
Follow up on the status of orders and advise customers accordingly.
File and organize job folders.
Perform other duties as assigned to ensure customer satisfaction.
