Overall management of the HVAC and Refrigeration Spare Parts department. Support day to day sales and operations activities, lead and guide spare parts sales staff to achieve Spare Parts department defined goals and objectives.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Management of overall Spare Parts sales and operations of the division across Middle East and Africa
- Establish a sales network to promote the company products and services, directly and indirectly through authorized Dealers and/or Sub-Distributors in the defined territory.
- Responsible for achieving annual spare parts sales and profitability objectives and increase market share.
- Sustain an updated insight to the HVAC and Refrigeration market while providing constant feedback on market prices, trends and highlights.
- Work with the import department to effectively position the company’s After Sales department products and services.
- Daily operations management including logistic, inventory and supply chain management.
- Spare Parts sales team management which includes tele-sales and field sales engineers.
- Budgeting for purchasing, sales and marketing.
- Marketing management for spare parts, promotions, new business acquisition.
- Sales Targets, KPI setting and monitoring.
- Forecasting of spare parts sales and ordering.
