1. Manage client engagements from kickoff to closure
2. Prepare and maintain project schedules and plans, including developing and assigning tasks, managing deliverables.
3. Manage customer relationships, including collaboration with sales and product support to successfully deliver the project while managing various stakeholders expectations.
4. Monitor project task progress to identify potential slippage, or opportunities to accelerate implementations.
5. Work with customer and project team members on identification, documentation, and resolution of all implementation issues and risks.
6. Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
7. Manage the financial aspects of the project, including expenses, timesheets, budgets, and contract completion terms.
8. Maintain utilization, client satisfaction, and team revenue goals.
9. Work with the customer’s project team to ensure overall project success.
10. Participate in product and service delivery improvement initiatives.
11. Mentor consultants and other team members as appropriate.
