1. Senior Legal Compliance Manager, Bahrain
To manage all legal matters affecting the company by keeping the management team aware of the legal matters and supporting other departments with any legal concerns as well as revising / reviewing any contracts or agreements in order to minimize legal risk for the organization and for guaranteeing compliance of all activities with legal and regulatory requests.
Responsibilities:
Define and amend the role boundaries, workflow procedures and job proposal against laid down service delivery requirements and statutory regulations.
Control staffing levels and fill vacancies to balance functional objectives and requirements.
Comply, control and monitor the budget in accordance with budget allocation/limits.
Requirements:
Strategic thinker with the initiative who is Innovative.
Bilingual candidates with minimum 6 - 8 years of experience in legal department.
2. Director-HR, Bahrain/ Dammam
To develop and implement the corporate Human Resource strategy, structure and programmes as well as to provide leadership and coordination of HR functions.
Responsibilities:
To establish, work closely with business heads, understand their business needs and link businesses.
Develop and implement HR Strategy, develop and maintain business partnerships with leadership for the creation and application of HR initiatives, programmes and processes.
Requirements:
Candidates with Masters or with suitable professional qualifications with minimum of 10 to 12 years' of work experience in Human Resources Management or equivalent operational experience.
Strategic thinker with HR knowledge and business acumen with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels.
