Provides professional medical and occupational health care for employees, referring patients for further treatment, specialist consultation or hospitalization as medically necessary.
1. Ensure that the project emergency response plans are in place and appropriately drilled and managed.
2. Conduct and interpret all pre-employment, pre-placement and periodic medical examinations.
3. Follow up on all work related injuries and illnesses and their classification and documentation.
4. Correctly identify and interpret job hazards and job risks and establish occupational health surveillance programs to convince concerned parties of the need for remedial action.
5. Responsible for medical facilities (setting up all onsite clinic’s, manage & smooth functioning of all site clinics.
