In this position, the incumbent shall handle tenders for which Company is bidding under the supervision of Head of Department. This position requires working at office albeit frequent site visits are part of work.
 
The scope of work is generally described but not limited to:

Complete review of scope of work for tenders assigned to him by management

Prepare initial estimate for discussion with management, prepare PPS and RTA

Take final material take-off

Liaise with Procurement Department to issue enquiry document for material supply

Review and tabulate the material prices received

Prepare man hour estimate, proposed organization chart, purchasing table

Prepare initial cost estimate and finalize cost estimate after discussion with Dept Head

Prepare RTA as per Company Procedure

Prepare Commercial & Technical Offers

Attend negotiation with Client

On award of Contract to Company, he need to prepare a complete file with tender document, work sheet, cost sheet, PPS/RTA, suppliers offers etc. Hand over and explain the file to the assigned Project Manager and assist him if any further query is raised during execution of project
