• Manage end-to-end supply chain, shipping activities, customer service and data consolidation.
• Process efficient, prompt and accurate inbound and outbound traffic and flow of cargo on a timely manner.
• Work closely with the commercial team and coordinate fully with the Operations Manager while planning smoothly the orders and their priority in line with the Company’s goals.
• Follow up the production contracts and purchase orders, ensuring their adequate and timely execution from the logistics point of view.
• Manage the export documentation and related logistics documents for the outbound traffic of all orders.
• Maintain good relation with forwarders, insurance companies, trucking companies, courier services, shipping, inspections and export documentation department.
• Work closely with the Financial and Accounting Department on all matters related to the data consolidation and ERP system
• Plan, direct, or coordinate administrative services, such as records and information management, mail distribution, facilities planning and maintenance, custodial operations, and other office support services.
