• Maintain awareness and knowledge of local HR practices and provide suitable interpretation to managers and staff within the organization.
• Facilitate communication among employees and management. Guide managers and employees on problem solving, employee dispute resolution and regulatory compliance.
• Actively lead the Branch forward on Localization ensuring government quotas are adhered to and maintained
• Assist the Recruitment team with attraction and retention programmes for local employees.
• Provide Regional Compensation & Benefits Manager with information relating to market norms for salary and benefit scales with regards to the localization program.
• Assist the Learning & Development department with the identification and development of programs for local employees.
• Assist the HR Operations department with the Ministry of Labour activities.
