Conduct Dealer/Branch Periodic Audit as per Dealer Parts Operation.
Prepare monthly KPI status report and submit to Manager, Logistics and Warehouse.
Prepare appropriate action plan in coordination with Branch In charge.
Provide assistance to branches in achieving ISO recertification.
Provide assistance to branches in resolving technical related problems.
Attend battery warranty customer, at the event of complex technical problem.
Participate with management in conducting yearly Spare Parts Skills contest.
Perform other duties as requested by management.
