The Executive Secretary will provide personal assistance to the Manager and administrative support to the department.



Responsibilities include:

1. Schedule meetings for the Manager and set reminders on tasks.

2. Receive and filter all incoming calls and visitors of Manager and dial outgoing calls.

3. Receive the guests and visitors of Manager and orient them.

4. Follow up on requests, tasks assigned by Manager

5. Type departmental reports, correspondence, presentations, minutes of meetings, letters, faxes and memos.

6. Maintain paper and electronic filing systems for records, correspondence, and other material.

7. Arrange conferences, meetings, and travel reservations and hotel accommodations for the Manager, maintain records of travel itineraries; compiles travel expense reports and prepare travel vouchers.

8. Prepare and distribute agenda for conferences and meetings.

9. Operate a variety of office equipment including copiers, facsimile machine and computer; input and retrieve data and text; organize and maintain disk storage and filing.

10. Prepare periodic and ad hoc reports and presentations.

11. Adhere to Al-Sayer Group policies and health and safety regulations.

12. Perform other duties as requested by management.
