• Follow up mechanical and electrical construction activities
• Participate in Value Engineering workshops and in regular design progress and coordination meetings
• Review sub contractor’s shop drawings and provide comments
• Ensure timely availability of mechanical and electrical design information and its approval from consultants in keeping project on schedule
• Witnessing of inspections for major equipment in conjunction with consultants
