The Senior Accountant will be responsible for preparing the monthly financial close process, analyzing, verifying and recording financial transactions in an accurate and timely manner and preparing monthly account reconciliations. The Senior Accountant will also work with External Audit and will be involved in proposing suggestions to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Main Duties and Responsibilities:
· Control all accounting transactions (invoices +purchases +payments +receipts +journals ).
· Responsible for checking and recording the accounting data entries.
· Reconcile and maintain balance sheet accounts.
· Prepare & control the income tax and VAT
· Responsible for managing monthly closing process of all the legal entities and reporting according to group financial policies.
· Prepare a report related to fixed assets Depreciation
· Prepare balance sheet, profit & loss statements, and cash flow.
· Preparing the financial ministry forms
· Responsible for overseeing all external audits by Government Agencies & statutory auditors.
· Responsible for monthly analysis of all balance sheet items (Including reconciliation & necessary corrective action
· Assist with monthly closings and preparation of monthly financial statement
