1. Ensure implementing the safety & Environment rules by section workforces and good understanding of the safety & environment policies.
2. Ensure continues implementation of the technical, safety & environmental work conditions of all plant electrical equipment.
3. Create; update & follow to improve the scheduled inspection routes, inspection job plans, inspection check & parameters recording sheets for electrical equipment upon supplier proposal & actual equipment work conditions.
4. Updating the electrical equipment manuals, specifications, sketches and historical files through the inspection results.
5. Keep in depth knowledge of electrical equipment condition and specifying their need for maintenance through assure providing 1st level & specific inspection of all plant electrical equipment according to scheduled route.
6. Ensure monitoring & recording of all electrical equipment measurements parameters & predicted conditions of all plant critical electrical equipment.
7. Initiate the work requests based on inspection results & prepare related technical reports as required.
8. Reviewing all issued work orders and specifying priorities.
9. Find solutions for isolated incidents and daily work requests.
10. Participate in technical analyzing of equipment failures or frequent incidents. (RF, RCA …etc committees).
11. Improve Reliability to contribute to Overall Equipment Effectiveness.
12. Maintain and update information and data in the (CMMS).
13. Giving continuous technical support in all maintenance activities and provide technical support to the other maintenance functions.
