Participate in the design and development and delivery of various training programs
(i.e. Food Safety, Train the trainer, performance evaluation…) based on the company’s needs
Conduct off-job training in order to ensure alignment with the company’s goals
and objectives
Work with the Training & Development Manager in order to develop training plans and budget
Attend professional development and training workshops in-keeping with the latest training techniques and methods
Facilitate and design instructional materials for training designs including presentations, participant manuals, trainer scripts etc.
Set the monthly training calendar and ensure proper communication in order to enhance participants' enrollment in the workshops provided in-house
Monitor and measure effectiveness of all training programs
