We are a multi-disciplinary healthcare consultant, out of the UK with operational branch in Abu Dhabi, UAE and Amman, Jordan. The Company offers total solutions for the healthcare projects within the Middle East region. Over the last two decades, we had built sound relationships with selected clients and had been successful in delivering healthcare projects ranging from primary clinics, community hospitals, general and teaching hospitals, specialized medical centers, through to complete medical complexes and cities. The Company services ranges from programming, planning, full architectural and engineering designs, biomedical engineering to construction administration and project management.
Summary of Duties and Responsibilities:
The primary duties of the Design Architect are to lead a team of junior architects in architectural design and detailing of healthcare facilities. The candidate shall be familiar with architectural detailing and finishes for healthcare facilities, aware of infection control precautions, and capable of researching new advancements in healthcare designs. The candidate shall coordinate designs with other disciplines and contribute to value engineering sessions. The Candidate shall meet the following:
• Be capable of Identifying, tracking managing and resolving architectural project issues
• Work with team of architects in developing and detailing designs
• Possess adequate technical skills in means and methods/constructability/specifications.
