Main Scope of Duties and Responsibilities:





- Ensure the organization has the necessary skills, knowledge and prevailing behaviors to support the intended business development- Develop and introduce a framework for the regular assessment of employee capabilities, leadership behaviors and technical competencies- Develop, establish and introduce appropriate training and development schemes for employees that cost effectively ensure the achievement of personal career goals, which are in line with overall business objectives- Conduct individual leadership, career and talent assessments by using a variety of tools and derive appropriate training and development plans on an individual basis- Provide coaching and support to key leaders of the organization in the creation of robust development plans that meet succession and development needs- Liaise with human resources leaders and business partners in order to execute talent strategies and efforts to support the strategic objectives of the company- Research latest development in management, leadership and organization development areas and keep abreast to serve as a subject matter expert regarding critical people issues- Provide feedback to the Chief Human Resource Officer and provide coaching and guidance to other junior HR team members- Keep accurate training and development records for all employees













Minimum Qualifications & Experience Requirements:-





- Advanced university degree in business administration, organizational psychology or related social sciences- 10+ years work experience in talent management and development at an organization with at least 500 employees- Professional exposure to banking and the GCC region- Excellent verbal and written command of English, good command of Arabic language is of advantage- In depth experience with the implementation of change programs in an internationally and culturally challenging environment
