Under the direction and the guidance of the Human Resources Group Head, the incumbent of this position has overall responsibility for carrying out the following duties:

- HR Policies and Procedures Development- Review HR policies and procedures to ensure changes/alterations - where needed - are made to the text of the established Bank's rules and regulations.- Reviewing and taking appropriate actions in respect of staff legal matters in co-ordination with the Bank's external lawyer and internal legal advisor (if necessary).- Responsible for benefits plans information development including booklets, explanatory notes including the Group Medical Insurance plan, the Bank's Group Life Insurance, Provident/ Retirement plan and other benefit packages.- Looking into the policy contract, funding and the investment aspects of staff benefits schemes such as the Provident/Retirement plan, the Group Life Insurance and the Group Medical scheme.- Alert the Bank's Senior Management of market changes and developments (Labour Related).- Provide Senior Management with staff information and movements as and when requested/required.- Personnel Administration function:- Ensure that the Bank complies at all time with the provisions of the Saudi Labour Laws;- Ensures all staff records are maintained in accordance with the Bank's regulations;- Maintain close contact with division heads on personnel-related matters within the Bank;- Build and maintain personal relations and exchange market information with HR Heads of other establishments.- Payroll and Salary Administration function:- Ensure that Payroll operations and transactions are processed in accordance with the Bank's policies and procedures;- Ensure internal and external reports/payments are passed in a timely manner;- Ensure that the Payroll Unit is constantly developing to provide quality service to the Management and staff of the Bank.- Responsible for the preparation of the staff expense annual budget for Head Office in coordination with Financial Controls.- Responsible for the preparation of the Human Resources annual budget, including the quarterly or/and semi annual budgeting review and forecasting.- Ensure that the annual staff performance and salary reviews are processed in a timely manner and in accordance with the established guidelines.- In co-ordinations with HR Group Head, the incumbent is responsible for the preparation of the staff performance bonus.





University Degree or equivalent preferably in Personnel Management but may be in other related discipline following which some specialized exposure to Personnel Management and Administration activities would be essential. Approximately 10 years industrial/employee relations experience with at least 5 years in very senior supervisory/management position, related to Banking activities and including thorough knowledge and understanding of personnel practices and techniques
