Maximize Profitability: Drive Hotel Management to maximize net operating income
Evaluation:Evaluate proposals for Business Plans, CAPEX, OPEX, Special Projects and Renovations
Management Agreements : Review Management Agreements and Insure Operators Compliance
Supplier Contracts:Review Major contracts with suppliers and service providers
Market Understanding: Stay Updated with the Hospitality Markets
Capital Investments
Working with hotel operators to implement an efficient and effective capital investment program
Monthly Reviews
Performance tracking and ongoing review of all data and documents such as PNL,Forecast, STR, GSI and RGI
Identifying opportunities with operators to improve performance and implementing efficiency plans
Financial Analysis: Analyzing financial reports such as Balance Sheets and Income Statements
Fulfill Compliance Requirements to ensure that property specific compliance requirements are achieved including accounting and reporting of financial statements, requirement of the Authorities and any other third Party
Emiratization : Follow-up and implementation of Emiratization plans
Security : Read, Understand and comply with all applicable Information Security Policies and Procedures.
Co-operate, co-ordinate and share information with Internal/External Audit teams as appropriate and applicable.
Attend Information Security Awareness sessions conducted by the IT Department.
All Information Security breaches, events, weaknesses, incidents (actual or suspected breaches) shall be immediately reported to the IT Service Desk."
