Function as a first point of contact in Engineering Department, coordinate administrative tasks in Engineering and to other Departments to ensure that all parties receive the relevant information respectively
Establish and maintain various filing, Engineering records, contracts, etc.
Trace pending maintenance requests, items and follow up as appropriate
Handles the attendance of Engineering Department
Ensure proper inventory and maintained all stock items received and issued
