OBJECTIVE OF THE POSITION
1. Result before tax responsibility for the International Fruit Production Egypt factory
2. Head of IFP EG and responsibility for all departments and personnel
3. Delivering orders on time.
4. Reduce Operation Costs, improve productivity and optimize the Work Flow.
5. Improve Efficiency and Quality Standards.
6. Implementation of Lean manufacturing.
7. Various Ad Hoc Assignments
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Result before tax responsibility for the International Fruit Production Egypt (IFP EG) factory hereunder responsibility that the budget is achieved and that costs are kept as low as possible.
2. The Factory Manager will be responsible for all factory departments and personnel. The departments are defined as follows:
a. Production
b. Procurement
c. Warehouse
d. Maintenance
3. The Factory Manager will ensure that its customers, Orana Egypt and Orana Group Sales Teams (Team Africa and Team Middle East), receive deliveries on time and are updated regularly on status of their orders.
4. Reduction of Costs and Optimization of Work Flows. The Factory Manager is responsible for ensuring that production and all factory work is carried through competitively at lowest possible cost and highest productivity. The site manager will regularly ensure review of current and new processes to ensure that the production is carried through efficiently.
5. The factory manager will ensure that production of products meets or exceeds efficiency and company quality standards and that facilities and processes conform to GMP, HACCP and food safety standards and to environmental standards.
6. The Factory Manager will implement Lean manufacturing.
7. Ad hoc assignments
