1.Collect all the informations and documents of each employee(passport, medical certificates, visas)

2.Process the received documents and enter them in the system

3.Coordinate with the supervisor for scheduling different process of the visa or resident permit issue such as medical visit, finger print etc.

4.Check the validity of the existent and new documents of employees in the system

5.Enter and update the new details or documents received from immigration department in the application

6.Check the company's documents and their expiry date in the system
