The Role:



As Department Secretary you will be responsible for coordinating the administrative system and schedule of your assigned Manager.



With this role you will:



Handle information sensitively and confidentially, whilst using your initiative



Monitor and record the Department's time and attendance discreetly and confidentially



Organise and maintain your line manager's calendar of appointments



Develop relationships internally and externally to facilitate arrangements according to company values and objectives



Pro-actively manage your workload to achieve agreed objectives



Handle all travel arrangements for the Department including per diem and expenses.







You will have/be:



Excellent computer skills with advanced knowledge of MS Office applications.



Organised, energetic and confident



Initiative, good interpersonal skills and a meticulous attention to detail



Flexible and able to work under pressure



Good communication skills.
