- Analyze employees’ complaints and provide appropriate corrective actions.

- Assist directly or route employees’ to the appropriate personnel for assistance.

- Ensure employees’ satisfaction by meeting customer needs in courteous and timely manner.

- Track, follow-up and resolve employee’s outstanding issues in a timely fashion.

- Assist the IT director in meeting the IT department needs

- Respond to requests submitted via our online support ticket system, emails and phone calls

- Provide input and recommendations to the organization surrounding hardware and software technologies and how these technologies can assist the business by being proactive with new technologies.
