The "Advisor/Executive Coach" will be responsible to influence the activities across the Group ensuring that the business objectives and strategy are reflected in the Consumer Banking processes and related services which are delivered in a proactive and professional manner.
Reporting to the Head of Consumer Banking Group and in order to support our succession planning efforts a significant part of the role would be to act as coach to the Consumer Banking Group Leadership team and specifically prepare the identified successor for the role of Head of Consumer Banking Group.
