A Business Requirement Manager is sought on a full time permanent basis by one of the largest banks in United Arab Emirates.
Job Purpose:
- Needs to ensure that initiatives follow the Group IT governance processes along with:
Support ITBP/ Business
Create Business Requirement Documents (BRD)
Support SDLC
Generation of new ideas
- Should have a broad knowledge of all business entities within the organization, their business requirements and strategies and the technology required to support the same.
- He must also be able to maintain strong relationships with business, IT management and IT vendors.

Key Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years in IT of which 6 years should be in banking
- Strong understanding of Business and Mapping technical requirements
- Strong understanding of the high level technical application architecture and design
- Strong understanding to the technical application risks, security, compliance and Audit requirements
- Have thorough experience in implementing full life cycle of a project
- ITIL / PMP / Prince2
