Provide support for data analysis and reporting as well as administrative and office support to the department. Independently carry out assigned responsibilities, such as first level interaction with business & support units, Process development consultants, etc.
Assist in providing historical, current situation, forecast, and trend reporting and analyses of volumes and performance against established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Standards : Review and analyze KPI data submitted by various business and support units. Also extract and review reports from systems such as CRM, SAP, etc. to assist in SLA monitoring.
Assist in providing feedback & awareness to operating units: This would relate primarily to defined Key Performance Indicators, data submitted by departments and its ongoing analysis.
Maintain and manage documentation and records : Ensure that all documentation and records relating to tasks carried out are obtained and maintained in a current and complete status.
Provide feedback for improving the performance management and measurement framework : Review existing processes and parameters on ongoing basis to identify improvement opportunities and communicate the same to Line Manager for further consideration/ action.
Other duties as assigned :Adhoc tasks may be assigned on one-off basis for which deliverables will be clearly advised as and when the task is assigned.
Time taken to understand specifics of key tasks identified. Expected to imbibe task requirements within minimum time-frame
Quality and accuracy of data analysis output
Error rates - reviewed on a quarterly basis
Time to deliver required output - measured against timelines for departmental delivery of KPI and/ or SLA analytics
Completion of training objectives
