Our client, a recognized global leader in the manufacture, marketing and sales of electrical and electronic equipment. They are in need of a Sales Engineer. You will be reporting directly to the Senior Manager
POSITION OBJECTIVE
• Responsible to: after-sales service business for thermal power plant in Middle East and North Africa.
• Realize the customer needs by using the technical knowledge to identify new business opportunities
• Establish & Maintain strong relationship with clients and corporate partners
DUTIES &RESPONSIBILITIES
• Handle the day to day after-sales service activities of the company
• Provide administrative support on sales & marketing issues to the Sales & Marketing Manager
• Conduct customer & market research and analyze output
• Prepare periodic accurate business reports for the management
• Establish & Maintain strong relationship with customers and competitors to ensure best sales conditions
• Generating quotations, completing tender submissions, technical support to customers, first response of trouble shooting and making technical proposal/presentation/letter
• Collecting market intelligence, price and needs
• Working together and communicating with relevant people in Japan SKILLS
