1- JOB SUMMARY & PURPOSE:
Plant Director Job is to manage plant operations by leading a technical resources, team and effectively co-operating with various peer groups within the organization. He is responsible for maintaining the accurate quality and quantity control to ensure the on-time delivery of produced products in order to satisfy the customers
2- ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
Planning, formulating, organizing, controlling, and directing production activities.
Direct and coordinate plant operations within company policies and procedures.
Managing time-lines and work priorities and allocating resources to meet the assigned factory time-lines and goals.
Maintain a clean and safe plant.
Responsible for plant production goals.
Establish and maintain a positive community relationship.
Reviewing the overall performance and identifying training necessities of production personnel
Confer with department heads to ensure coordination of purchasing, production, and shipping.
Responsible for establishing all shift production schedules.
Select and train plant supervisory and administrative staff.
Conduct employee performance reviews.
Schedule and conduct plant meetings.
Responsible for the product quality control for the plant.
Attend scheduled corporate training and meetings.
Other duties as assigned.
