Our client is a leading real estate developer is looking to hire a General Manager in Bahrain Office.
Reporting to: CEO
Responsibilities include:
Existing residential real estate portfolio ensuring that the existing assets are fully utilised and return on capital investment
Accountable for P&L, maximise occupancy and profitability across existing portfolio
Proactively identify new opportunities in the market and oversee feasibility for new development projects across residential and some commercial
Manage the overall operational team within the real estate group
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
Negotiate all business & operational issues in land building leases
Leasing strategies for new developments
