Responsible for overall operation of the hotel during the night
- Fully familiar with the Front Office policies and procedures and possesses a general knowledge of the hotel's and local policies.
- Handles guest complaints / comments / problems / requests in a very professional manner and always strives to provide a quality guest experience.
- Complete the night audit in line with the standards and procedures
- Oversees all the postings from the day shift and correct it where needed
- Supervises on duty security personnel and service department personnel
- Manager on Duty serving as a resource and support to all departments in the absence of the department head or another senior manager.
- The candidate must be Arabic Speaker.
