• Develop and manage strategy for email marketing (i.e. trigger, campaign, newsletter, promotional) and social media communications to prospects and customers, etc.
• Design, build and maintain social media presence (Twitter/Pinterest/Facebook/YouTube, etc.) & Devising strategies to drive online traffic to the company website.
• Plan and execute all webs, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, and social media, and display advertising campaigns & Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
• Evaluating customer research, market conditions and competitor data.
• Develop and manage the expense budget for digital marketing initiatives.
• Serve as the project manager on any site redesign, web-related or app projects.
• Dramatically increase and accelerate content reach to support the goals of brand awareness and lead generation.
• Develop, manage, and respond to consumer feedback loops. And the day to day management of all clients’ acquisition efforts, including PPC, Display, Organic, Referral, and Social.
• Manage the program budgets, contracts, and purchasing as related to Social Media, Email Marketing and PR.
• Monitors the latest trends in social media, including advertising formats, channels and technologies in order to improve campaign performance and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing.
