Inform assigned wholesalers and distributors of credit limits and manage the guarantee of credit amounts as per EGIC policies and procedures.
Monitor assigned wholesalers and distributors’ cash movements periodically and take the necessary actions to ensure that cash movements are within EGIC policies and targets.
Manage the sales order process and follow-up with the relevant departments to deliver the ordered products as per the specified sales order.
Manage the reconciliation of wholesaler/distributor and trader accounts to make sure that sales amounts are accurately reported at both levels.
Foster relationships with wholesalers and distributors within the assigned area to obtain market information such as customer needs, competition and other relevant information.
Monitor the assigned wholesalers and distributors’ account status and identify any existing or potential issues that could affect sales and take the necessary action to rectify.
Liaise with supporting entities such as Sales Operations and Customer Service to identify any existing or potential issues that could affect sales performance and take the necessary actions to rectify this.
Continuously update assigned wholesalers and distributors of EGIC’s products and relevant sales (bonus) programs.
Liaise with Marketing to provide the necessary support in marketing events, promotions and promotional material to continuously update customers of EGIC’s products and promotions.
Periodically review and analyze sales performance and report on results and provide recommendations on required actions.
