Plan and develop strategies for new business opportunities for markets and specific potential customers.

Respond to and follow-up sales leads received or generated, with the aim of converting leads to customers and accumulating market and company data.
Implement sales and account management strategies with customers aimed at achieving targets, maximizing growth, profitability, customer service and retention.
Develop relationships with bodies or individuals able to assist in market development or intelligence (i.e. export councils, chambers of commerce, etc...)

Conducting in-house market research into new or existing markets and identifies new potential customers via both “desk” and “in-market” researches.

Representing the company in international trade exhibitions & trade missions.

Assist in establishing effective marketing and PR for customers to maximize the demand pull.
Collaborate with other internal departments by initiating and involving in developing new products and services, to enhance our level of competitiveness.
